Absolutely delighted to discover this lucky place— customer service has been above and beyond: a construction worker even helped me get some of my heavy things all the way up to my unit! America + Jackie in the office are friendly and super efficient. The space is either brand new or undergoing renovations, but it’s still very easy to get around. The hours are a bit limited atm, but I’ve been told that will change soon, at which point it will hands down be the best storage in NYC. I’m just blown away by the level of customer service. Thanks y’all!

I brought my stuff and had very limited time to do the paper work and unload my car. There were two people on that Sunday, Jason and Toquan. While I was working on paperwork with Jason, Toquan unloaded my stuff from the car. Jason was very quick and accommodating. Toquan was also accommodating. Both guys were friendly and professional. I couldn’t expect any better service. Definitely would recommend anyone this storage. Location is also good, very close to the city. Many thanks guys for accommodating my needs and outstanding service.

After not being able to get a hold of anyone in order to pick up my keys, I spent ~2 hours waiting to check in to my unit. I had originally planned to stay less than 30 days so I had assumed that this would only cost 1 month. They tried to tell me I needed to be in a contract then said that I would have to pay for 2 months rent instead despite only having the unit for 1 week in Feb and 2 weeks in March. You also are required to pay for their locks, insurance and a myriad of random fees. Further, the other 4 customers in the office at the time were clearly disgruntled with the service they had already had. I do not recommend 21st Century Storage.
