My experience began with a phone consultation with Erica, and she was simply warm, personable and professional. On move-in day, Amari was super nice and helpful, and in spite of him being berated by another (extremely rude) customer,while he was assisting me, he gave me the time and attention I needed. I would highly recommend this facility to anyone!

Getting to the facility didn't go as planned so I arrived at about 4:30pm and I knew they closed at 5pm. The young lady Rita was very helpful she showed me my unit, explained the terms conditions and answered all my questions with out making me feel like she was rushing me or trying to get me out. She was very sweet and helpful, after a long stressful day I am glad I made the right choice by storing at your facility.

The guy at the counter was red until I continuously spoke. Poor customer server. Fairly rude to the customer. Always outside the office, frequenty closed. Prices are high, must clarify that the stairs are there. Need parking outside or a garage where you can pull your truck up to re floor your own. Very inconvenient, elevator timer to short when you chronically have to go back and forth, up and down to your storage.

Spoke with a nice gentleman over the phone and he told us that we could get the storage room on the lobby floor and that there was also one on the 2nd floor for the same price. We decided the lobby floor and when we there we were told there is nothing on that floor but there was one on the first floor which is a walk up. Not happy because he guaranteed that we got the last one for the price. Kind of deceiving.

The SpareFoot website promises $1 payment for one month and free truck service. The manager at the Hollis branch said you either get one or the other and disputed the offer on SpareFoot.
