I’m very satisfied with the services I have received. The staff were very helpful and explained everything that I should be aware of. They also took the time to show me to my locker multiple times since I was lost . I would definitely recommend this location.

I used this storage facility for about two years but the price has gone up on unit and it is more expensive then those in the area. Time to move out.

Staff was kind and responsive. Insurance fees were a little unclear before I arrived at the facility to do paperwork. Security did not seem very tight at the coded door--lots of random people walking in behind me and no easy way to say "no"--but I wasn't particularly concerned about it.

The facility is not bad, but the hidden fees left me unsettled. The price goes up after 6 mos and insurance is mandatory. This should have been mentioned when making the reservation.

I pre-order a space on-line and I still had to wait for the paper work to be completed in which the on-line process didnt save any time at the office. The representative wasnt very knowledgeable in operating his computer which took longer and another associate had to help him out. The price for the locker was a bit steep even with the discount. This is my first storage unit.
