My move-in experience went quickly and effortlessly. The staff maintained total professionalism and responsiveness although it was near the end of their day on a Sunday. The staff advised me well and showed me to a spotless storage cube of choice. They also sold me a cylinder lock. I certainly was satisfied. Thanks to CubeSmart Self Storage.

The storage clerk who helped me was very polite and even walked me to my storage unit to Make sure I was comfortable with my selection. And being that it was my first time as a Cube Smart customer, he even showed my how to use my access code to operate the elevator. I was left with a great feeling of ease and knew that my belongings would be safe with people like that watching over my things. Glad I chose you guys.

The storage forgot to mention to me about the extra insurance price before I get there.I talked to them 3 times and they didn't mention anything. That's really bad because I would have had a choice to choose elsewhere ( which would have been closer to my place) if I had know about the extra cost before hand.
