Don't expect stellar customer service from them. Especially jeffery the general manager that is currently here. I have been wanting to get information on how to transfer to another floor because i was affected by the recent tropical storm that went though this part of the country and I was informed by him they do not offer transfers, i would have to open a new contract and pay a higher price for another unit that is my same size. I have returned to the office many times now to speak with him and h does not even acknowledge me now when I'm there. When I try to call and speak with him about my situation on the phone he has the other employees there working with him that he is unable to speak on the phone at that time. Terrible service from him

Just moved into this very nice new clean facility. Great parking, lots of space to pull in your vehicle and unload etc. It’s been a great experience all around. My only issue is that there are no lights above or in the space and as I am in the very lower level, it was rather challenging unpacking and organizing inside the space. Hoping that can be improved somehow. Otherwise, I am highly recommending Cube Smart Self Storage!

This isn't the first time I've used a storage unit but it certainly was the best experience I've had with one. I had spoken with Jennifer over the phone prior to me moving my property into storage. When I arrived I asked for her and she immediately welcomed and registered me. After a few minutes of reviewing the lease terms she walked me over to my unit which was on the 1st floor as requested. Jennifer is very professional, helpful and has a great attitude. I would definitely recommend Cube Smart Storage!
